Fed Leaves Interest Steady

The Federal Reserve will leave the interest rate range for the federal funds unchanged at 1.25-1.5% today,  January 31st.

However, they signaled a possible increase in March.  Economists say inflation will rise this year and economic conditions are expected to warrant possible future rate increases in the federal funds rate.

This will have an impact on the Las Vegas housing market pricing and lending rates and we'll continue to monitor.
